Yulu secures $93 Mn in fresh capital to expand its electric vehicle fleet and launch into full-size electric scooters.
Electric mobility service provider Yulu has raised $93 Mn, approximately ₹887.5 Cr, in its Series C funding round to scale its EV fleet and enter the full-size electric scooter segment.1 The newly injected capital will directly support the company’s aggressive growth strategy as it broadens its footprint in the electric vehicle ecosystem.
The fresh funding enables Yulu to move beyond its traditional micro-mobility offerings and tackle a larger share of the urban transport market. By venturing into full-size electric scooters, the company addresses wider consumer demands for everyday commuting solutions.
The capital infusion will be deployed to significantly scale up the existing EV fleet and build out the operational infrastructure required for the new vehicle category. This expansion aims to capture a larger user base looking for sustainable and reliable urban transportation options.
