Clients startups, businesses, or individuals who purchase a PR package or advertising service from us
Contributors anyone submitting quotes, information, or materials for a featured article

3. Our Services

The Founder Nation provides:

Editorial Content news articles, founder profiles, and blogs about startups and businesses, published at our discretion based on our own research, interviews, and publicly available information.
Paid PR Packages sponsored features, business profiles, press coverage, and promotional placements offered to startups/businesses in exchange for a fee, as described in our PR package offerings communicated directly to clients.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, at our sole discretion.

4. User Conduct

If you contact us, submit information, or engage with our Platform in any way, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful information about yourself or your business
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a business
Use our contact channels to spam, harass, or send unsolicited commercial content unrelated to our Services
Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce our published articles or content without permission
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law
Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through our contact forms or communication channels

We reserve the right to refuse service, decline a submission, or terminate engagement with any individual or business that violates these Terms.

5. PR Packages and Paid Services

5.1 Nature of Paid Content

Any content published under a PR package is sponsored/promotional content, commissioned and paid for by the client. Where required by applicable advertising standards, such content will be appropriately labelled (e.g., "Sponsored," "In Partnership With," or similar) to maintain transparency with our readers.

5.2 Scope of Services

The specific deliverables of a PR package (e.g., number of articles, placement, turnaround time) will be communicated to the client in writing (via email or a service agreement) before payment is accepted. The Company's obligations are limited strictly to what is agreed upon in that communication.

5.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients purchasing a PR package agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful, and lawful information about their business for publication
Have the legal right to share any images, quotes, or materials submitted for the feature
Make payment in full as per the agreed package terms before or as scheduled for publication

5.4 Editorial Discretion

While PR packages are paid engagements, the Company reserves the right to edit submitted content for clarity, tone, grammar, and adherence to our editorial standards. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, or business outcomes resulting from a published feature.

5.5 Content Accuracy

The Company relies on information provided by clients for PR features and is not liable for inaccuracies in content that stem from information supplied by the client themselves.

6. Payment Terms

All fees for PR packages are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. The Company does not store your full card or bank credentials.
The Company is not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, expired cards, or issues arising from your bank or payment provider.
Any additional charges (if applicable) will be communicated to the client before the transaction is finalized.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All articles, graphics, logos, branding, and original editorial content published on the Platform are the intellectual property of The Founder Nation, unless otherwise credited.
