Centricity Raises ₹280 Crore Series A Led by SMBC Asia Rising Fund to Expand Wealthtech Platform and NRI Business
Wealthtech startup Centricity secures fresh capital to scale its technological infrastructure and expand its presence into the NRI market.

Wealthtech startup Centricity has raised ₹280 Cr (around $29 Mn) in a funding round led by SMBC Asia Rising Fund.1 The newly secured capital will be deployed to expand the company’s wealthtech platform capabilities and scale its operations targeting non-resident Indian clients.

The fresh funding arrives as the company looks to capture a larger share of the expanding wealth management market. Centricity builds technological infrastructure tailored for financial intermediaries and wealth managers, addressing efficiency gaps in traditional wealth management distribution.

The capital infusion will enable the startup to accelerate product development, enhance its enterprise offerings, and build out specialized services designed for international Indian investors.

Investors backing the round are betting on Centricity’s tech-first approach to modernize wealth management distribution and capture growing affluent segments both domestically and abroad.
