AI cloud infrastructure provider E2E Networks reported a consolidated net profit of ₹44 crore in Q1 FY27, marking a dramatic turnaround from a net loss of ₹2.8 crore in the same period last year. The stock locked in 5% upper circuit after the earnings announcement, reflecting strong investor sentiment around the company’s profitability inflection.1

Revenue from operations surged 334% year-over-year to ₹157 crore, up 64% sequentially from ₹96 crore in Q4 FY26. This exceptional growth was powered by stellar demand for cloud-based GPU nodes and AI workloads, with the company successfully leveraging its expanding high-performance computing infrastructure.2

E2E Networks delivered exceptional operating margins, with EBITDA reaching ₹117.9 crore and EBITDA margin expanding to 75.2%. Basic earnings per share surged to ₹2.14 in Q1 FY27 compared to negative ₹0.14 in the prior year, demonstrating sharp bottom-line recovery.3

The company’s infrastructure expansion accelerated significantly. In July 2026, E2E procured a cluster of 1,024 NVIDIA B200 GPUs, expanding its high-performance computing capability for AI workloads. The TIR AI/ML platform driving artificial intelligence infrastructure has become a major contributor to revenue growth.4

E2E Networks successfully completed a 1:10 stock split on June 5, 2026, and dual-listed on BSE on June 12, 2026, enhancing liquidity and retail accessibility. The company’s validated business model demonstrates that AI infrastructure can yield highly profitable outcomes when backed by strong operational utilization.5

Management indicated the company is well-positioned as demand for sovereign cloud hosting escalates. E2E Networks stands out as a high-growth utility capturing India’s technology infrastructure buildout driven by AI adoption.
